Inspection and evaluation

Pavement Surface Inspection
Pavement surface is inspected using data collection vehicle. This vehicle simultaneously collects digital images of the pavement surface and measures longitudinal profile and transverse one.
Pavement Structure Evaluation
Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) enables non-destructive pavement structural evaluation.
Pavement Performance Diagnosis and Evaluation
Noise reduction property and permeability of porous asphalt pavement are evaluated using tire pavement noise vehicle and newly developed permeability testing device.

Planning and design

Economical Pavement Planning
We provide feasible maintenance and rehabilitation strategy based on the analysis the role of roads: highway through community road.
Pavement for High Volume Road
We consider long-lasting pavement in the light of life-cycle cost as well as green pavement (low-noise, low-vibration and so forth).
Pavement at Specific Location
We consider applying the right pavement in the right place, for instance cracking and/or stripping controlled pavement for bridge, light-colored pavement for tunnel.

Research and development

Research into new pavement technology
